Where does SOURCEvapes ship from?

Free Priority Mail US Shipping on Orders Above $200
SOURCEvapes offers free shipping on domestic U.S. orders that have a cart size of $200 or over, after any discount or coupon is applied. You must select the free shipping option in the checkout.
 
How long until my order ships?
ORDERS USUALLY SHIP WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS

Holidays, and other high volume sales, may take up to 10 days to process. Some products, such as pre-orders, may have a longer delay. 

At the beginning of the fulfilment process you will receive an email with your tracking information. It may take another 3 to 4 days for your tracking information to update through the carrier.


How long will my SOURCEvapes order take to arrive?
Depending on which shipping option you chose, your order can take up to 14 days to arrive, the estimated delivery times for our shipping options are as follows:
 
Free Shipping 4-10 business days from dispatch (sometimes may take up to 10 business days)
USPS First Class Mail 3-10 business days
USPS Priority Mail 2-4 business days in transit
USPS Priority Mail Express 1-3 Business days

International Orders

International orders use UPS or DHL as their shipping courier for their shipping and tracking services. USPS shipments will be transferred to the respective Postal Service in Canada and tracking is no longer guaranteed once the shipment has left the USA.

It is the responsibility of all international customers to be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country.

All duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. SOURCEvapes is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stop by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties.

As a consumer who chooses to purchase and have products shipped to a country outside of the United States, you are taking responsibility for your purchase, and acknowledging that you are aware of the laws pertaining to such shipments.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. Returned orders will be refunded automatically less the original shipping and handling cost. 

How are replacement parts shipped? 
Replacement products and parts are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.

If you haven't received your tracking number, please check your email again (including your Spam folder), or log in to see your order.

IMPORTANT: Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sorting facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.

*USPS does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date. 

Some products might have a longer delay due to their popularity, please verify if you are placing a pre-order for a product, which might cause a slight shipping delay.
