If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can feel free to send back your purchase or exchange it.

Only products purchased from are available for Return. All return requests must submit a Return Request and receive an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) to be eligible for a Return.

The return two options available:

  • Full Refund: All unused purchases in perfect sellable condition can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. 
  • Store Credit: All purchases can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. 

Please submit pictures of the product being submitted for an RMA along with an order number. 

Please note that all product returns are subject to inspection upon their return and all products submitted for a Full Refund must be in perfect sellable condition. Those not received in such a state will receive Store Credit

All Clearance items are ineligible for Return and are non-returnable. 

Warranty Replacements

All of our products are fully covered under our Award Winning Warrantee Program

If your product fails within the respective warranty period , we'll send you a replacement right away, at absolutely no cost to you!

  • Atomizers: All atomizers have a 30-Day No-Hassle Warranty from any manufacturer's defects.
  • Batteries:
  • Attachments: All attachments have a Lifetime No-Hassle Warranty from any manufacturer's defects.
  • Glass Items (Globes, bubblers, etc.): Glass items are only covered for manufacturing defects and must be stated within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. 

Accidental damage, wear and tear, or using products contrary to proper use is not covered under warranty.

Atomizers and batteries are consumable products that will need to be replaced over time, varying on user and care.
